ReNew Mobility accepts selected gently used equipment that can be inspected, refurbished and passed on to someone who can benefit from it.

We may accept:

• Manual wheelchairs

• Power wheelchairs

• Mobility scooters

• Walking frames and walkers

• Canes and crutches

• Shower chairs and bathroom safety equipment

• Commodes and toilet aids

• Paediatric mobility equipment

• Transfer aids and patient lifters

• Other mobility and assistive equipment

Equipment We Cannot Accept

For safety, hygiene and practical reasons, we are generally unable to accept:

• Used continence products or personal hygiene supplies

• Used disposable medical supplies

• Oxygen equipment or other specialised medical supplies

• Equipment that is significantly damaged, unsafe or incomplete

• Older powered equipment where replacement parts or batteries are no longer readily available

Need Help With Collection?

If you are unable to transport the equipment yourself, ReNew Mobility may be able to arrange collection depending on the type of equipment and your location.

How to Donate

To offer equipment for donation, simply send us:

1. A photo of the equipment
2. The brand and model, if known
3. Its approximate age
4. A brief description of its condition
5. Your suburb

We will review the equipment and let you know whether we are able to accept it.
