What “Refurbished” Means to Us

Refurbished equipment should be more than “second-hand.” It should be safe, clean, and reliable.

Every item we sell is assessed for condition and function. We clean it thoroughly, check key safety features, and test how it performs in real use. Depending on the item, this can include checking brakes, locks, wheels, height adjustment points, stability, and overall frame integrity. If parts are worn or unsafe, they’re replaced or the item isn’t sold.

We’re also transparent about condition. We describe what’s included, how the item presents, and what it’s best suited for—so you can purchase with confidence.

Refurbished can be a smart option when it’s matched properly and prepared properly. That’s the standard we aim for.
